nya per info sa simbahan, this collection will go to "so-and so".. nya i-ipon ra diay ang 2nd collection sa 1st collection.
asa man paingon ang kwarta, sa simbahan ra japon, dili sa "so-and so"... bura'g gi-ilad ra man ta ani.

^^ normally ang first collection (mao ra man jud unta ni) is for the parish and uban pa nga responsibilidad sa simbahan (morag mo remit man sad ni sila hangtod jud sa Rome)...then mao na naa second collection para magamit for special projects...kon naa ba ron specific outreach programs...or for example nag construct ug grotto etc...so ang ma raise nga funds sa second collection ma adto sa dedicated project unta...

there's really nothing wrong with that..it's a voluntary act once you donate..so, why bother as long as you gave your money with gusto...ang Ginoo na lng ang bahala if di mopa-ingon sa saktong kamot ang imong donation...

... ha? collection?? is that the word they use?? they may coin the word " donation" but still, collecting them twice in one Holy Mass is just too much, these corrupt churches are getting bolder and bolder. And what for?? what's the purpose of this "second collection" We can't come up with a better answer than corruption. tsk tsk tsk.

if they say 'YOU MUST' give donation to the second collection... then i would say that's too much. But again it's voluntary... there are even people who go to mass without even giving anything to the 1st or 2nd collection.

i think for sure halos tanan naman nga catholic church ga second collection peru dili all the time sad. ila man e announce para asa ang second collection sad. ok raman na voluntary mana pud for sure naa gyud na purpose.
