GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BOARD OF ELECTION INSPECTORS (BEI) ON THE VOTING, COUNTING, AND TRANSMISSION OF RESULTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE 10 MAY 2010, NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS.

i don't know if this has been posted before. paki excuse na lang if posted na sa una.

this is mostly for the BEIs and watchers but i found some of the sections helpful to me as a voter. specially those under article V. specifically "Section 33. Preliminaries to the voting" and "Section 36. Rejected ballots Procedure". just in case we become part of the unlucky few that will get our ballots rejected by the pcos. basin makiglalis ka sa BEI nga pailis ka ug ballot, dili diay ta tagaan ug lain with section 33, pwede ka mosayo para makakita ka mismo inigpakita sa BEI chairman nga sealed pa ang pcos ug locked and empty pa ang ballot box. this should be by 6am.

please read up guys.

please go out and vote on may 10. i can't wait myself. let's do our part towards a peaceful, honest and clean automated elections.
