what are the things that u must know in order to pass the hiring process for this position??

im just a fresh graduate with no experience.. do i really need to be an expert on some technical things to get hired as a TSR in a call center??

Dili jud kailangan nga expert ka. Bisag basic ra gud imo nahibaw.an as long naka pasar ka sa ila techinal exam. Asa nmo plano mag apply?
