Sykes on ict account

Hi guys, I am currently working with ICT nga gipalit na sa Sykes. I am from Wave 2 so almost 2 years na ko ani nga company. Suddenly, last week, ni declare ang sykes nga ni pull out "daw" ang client. Mao 'to kutob na lang mi May 30 . Wala man lang notice, warning or whatsoever. Then, wala pa jud silay klaro kung ilaha mi tagaan ug separation fee. Last pay ra kuno sa amo gitrabahoan from May 1 to 30. Faet! Ting abli sa klase nga walay kuarta. hahay!

Sa mga sweto ug Labor Code diha, advises will greatly appreciated.

u mean to say bro that wala mo gi-absorb sa sykes bisan regular employee naka sa ICT? that's not very good...tsk...

from my experience with sykes (i was an employee before), that if an account will pull out or gets dissolved, the affected agents are trained once again for another account...ngano ani man ni? wala man kaha mo pabuyag bro?

lain man na imu brad kay sykes naman imung rates. the truth behind this is that iclose ang account because ICT employees have very much higher salary rates compared to SYKES employees. di sila kakwarta ug maayo if ila ipadayon ug hatag ang 16k na basic sa ICT. so the only thing or excuse since SYKES naman tagi-iya sa ICT is to close kunohay ang account then they can apply again but with SYKES basic na which is around 11k.

mura mao sad ni ako na dungan bro...na reapply mga taga ICT...but not really sure...

@TS: cguro if in.ana dyud nahitabo naa dyud na separation fee...but incase wala pde man report ka sa DOLE bro

its true they can reapply but most ICT employees will be transferring to other companies since SYKES basic would be too low for them.
