If local politicians want to win in elections, they have to address a basic issue that's been plaguing the general masses of Cebu for years now--the persistent water shortage. Daghan kaayong promises sa mga plataporma pero something this BASIC to human life, dili gihapon ma-address. Mga powerful and mga bright man kaha mo, tapos kakulangan sa tubig lang gani dili masolbar?
