creative x-fi usb hardware conflict

i just recently bought a dfi lanparty p45 t2rs plus mobo.

nya i already have a creative soundcard xfi external usb. gamit nako ni before pa ko nipalit ani nga new mobo.

after fresh install of os, i noticed that every time i would insert or remove flashdisk, the pc would restart. at first i thought virus. i did everything to clean it up, but the problem remained. i already disabled integrated audio in the bios. i did fresh install again, still the same problem, so i thought daot ang new mobo. but i just found out bago lang na if i do not install the drivers of the creative xfi external sound card, the problem disappears.

ngano ingani man ni, conflict ni sila? is there anything i can do to solve this. dili mugawas ang problem even if i use the xfi sound card as long as dili nako i-install ang xfi drivers and software. pero i-install gani nako ang driver sa soundcard, mugawas jud ang problem.

is OS win7? probably dili windows certified ang driver... try daw og new driver versionthat passed WHQL Testing for win7

windows xp ako gamit bro. i tried using updated drivers from creative website. it seems to have solved the problem. observ lang nako ni if di na mubalik ang problem.

bitaw, much better pud kung updated imo drivers pirmi bro kay ila naman na gi solve sa new versions ang mga problema sa previous nga drivers....

yep updated drivers keep you on the go jud brad..well, sometimes..^_^..

Most likely drivers problem or drivers incompatibility. Disable daw imong antivirus or any utility software coz mao pud na ang maka cause while installing drivers. Incompatibilities of drivers and or hardware are common so to make it sure read the system requirements and reviews before buying it.

ok na ni bro, the problem never came back after na update nako drivers.
