UV DYE INK - is water based and quick drying. This provide many desirable end use qualities including excellent rub resistance, chemical resistance, exceptional color consistency, superior gloss and also provide light fastness and opacity which is good for photo printing, presentations, graphs, pies and documentations but may bleed or blur on absorbent papers, such as construction or tissue paper and may fade over time.
They are excellent and become waterproof when used with glossy photopaper.

PIGMENT INK - is oil based and much more resistant toward water stains and sunlight. Based purely on longevity or light fastness of the inks, pigment-based inks are by far the best. They were originally designed for use in the outdoor sign printing industry because of their resistance to ultraviolet (UV) light. This UV component is what ultimatelyprovides them over 100 years longevity.
ink particles tend to settle into the tiny fibers that make up the paper. As the ink drys, the pigment particles get stuck in the fibers. Thus, the pigmented inks are more water resistent than the dye-based inks. Only about 5 to 10 percent of the ink will re-flow if the paper is hit by water.
Pigment inks are good for printing with textiles. Ex. used with transfer paper for shirt and cap printing.

SUBLIMATION INK - is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. You must purchase the mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the coating already on them, it is not something you can coat yourself. We carry a full line of these sublimatable blanks. When you apply to 100% polyester (ie: our mouse pads and puzzles) you do not need any coating, it is applied directly to the 100% polyester fabric.
The sublimation inks are something you would need to be applied or printed to a heat transfer paper also known as SUBLIMATION paper. The heat transfer paper for sublimation printing does not have a coating on them. This paper has a special finish on the surface so the inks do not soak into the paper. After you print the transfer paper it is then placed on the product to be applied then pressed by heat press machine (mug press, plate press and shirt heatpress).


***It is possible to get more "color" into dyes than into pigments. Therefore, dye-based colors tend to be more vibrant than pigment-based colors. And pigmented black inks tend to be slightly lighter than dye-based inks.
Dye-based black inks tend to be better for text printing, whereas pigmented black inks often are designed more to blend in a graphics application.
Photography usage depends upon the overall printer design.

sir CISS lng with separate chip. but order basis na xa from ShenZhen China. kung bulk order pwd ta k order ana. bug-at sa akoa n part kay ako ang mgshoulder sa freight then kana lng usa akoa kuhaon. pero kung naa ko lain order pwd ko n isabay. so far karon wla pa man gud.
