good question sis. you should be aware that the activity you refer to raises the body temperature. it is not recommended nga dretso dayon ka bath after doing it. give it a few minutes para mag cool down a bit lang. think of it like an engine just running, then imo ligoon dayon. 5 to 10 minutes in an air-conditioned room should be cool enough. enjoy...
