i just want to ask guys kung unsa ang patok nga business karon sa cebu city....

my bf is thinking of putting up a business here....d gud dako kanang sakto sakto lang..
ok raba ang apartment?bedspacing?room for rent?boarding haus?food?

nindot gyud real estate if you have the capital to back it up...daghan naman tao sa cebu, dli lisud pangita mo ubang...=) i had a friend who got a property in banawa thru bank foreclosure..balay siya then she renovated it, gipa rent niya per room with aircon pa...basta puro medreps ang nag rent...puno gyud dayon...=)
