First of all, YOU ALMOST GOT HER!!!! But her mother caught you both or else it would've been the most unforgettable moment of your life. Do it at some pension house next time.

- For Statutory Rape, no. She's already reached the "age of consent".

- For Trespassing, yes. If they win the case against you, the worst case scenario is the court will give you a restraining order like you can't be near their house within 5 yard radius or whatever.

as far as i know, dili ka ma preso ani - mu 18 nman kaha ang girl? di man sad ka kiha ug rape ang parents most especially if caught on the act na mag ***.. unless of course if mag drama ang babai or ipalabas nga rape.

but if ipalabas nga rape, as conservative Filipinas are, mentality na jud na nga mauwaw ang rape victim kaysa sa nang rape. so di na makaya sa parents sa girl nga mag suffer ug social and mental torture ang ilang anak.

be sure lang sir nga naa sa imohang side ang girl... kay basig ma convince/mapatuyok sa mother ang utok sa girl unya ipa ingon nga gipugos ra nimo siya, then you have a very serious problem in your hands.

and you wont be charged with trespassing if you were invited by the girl to enter their gate-->house-->room... BUT as ive said before, be sure nga naa sa imong side ang girl... kay basig madungag ni sa case against you in kaso mubali ang girl.

whats the worst thing that can happen to you? ---> shotgun wedding hehe (but by then, if mahitabo na, ikaw na pwede mu file ug kaso.)

i wouldnt see this being a conflict in your future, but definitely it would be a good conversation piece to share with your drinking buddies lol.

okie naman so far.. wala naman naggukod ang parents sa girl sa guy.. namoblema lang jud ang guy sa future kay basin maghuwat sila ad2 ba,..
ahw, kung mobali ang girl kay naa man pud panlaban ang guy.. haha..

anyways,. wala man kaha ni makiha ang parents sa girl against sa guy 1?2?3?4?5? (so on) years after?
