add more RAM!.. and change your harddisk. install one w/ at least 7200rpm speed. remove your old harddisk after replacing it co'z it'll only become a bottleneck to ur system.

tan-aw lang didto sa BUY/SELL/TRADE... daghan man mamaligya didto.. pero i suggest u buy new hard disk para sure na dili pa bun-og unya naa pajud warranty. for your RAM.. check your board specs. i think it supports PC133. naay daghan mamaligya ana diri.

pwede raman ma regenarate ang Hard drive ma refresh na xa mabalik sa yang true speed...
ako lng ma suggest ang try overcloking...hehehe but b carefull... baka ma dead cpu mo..hehehe
kong mo over clock ka palit lng nindot PSU mga 400watts or 350Watts ok nana..

for your current setup:
use WinXP (imho, its a faster OS than Win2k)
add more ram (give it at least 512mb, the more the better)
use a faster hdd (get 7200rpm drives, just make sure kaya sa imong bios - 80gb ako recommend)

what do you use this PC for? kay kung pa-surf2x or office apps or non-graphics extensive games or email lang, the above specs you gave are imho just fine...

kung die-hard gamer ka na gusto makasiguro na imong PC "current" pa in the next couple of months (from gamer's point of view), consider saving up for a major upgrade:
* better video card (i'd recommend getting a pci-express vcard, its getting difficult to find premium boards that support agp and are readily available)
* better processor (you only have 2 choices, intel or amd)
* better board (one that supports your processor of choice, and one that has features you need (or want))
* better memory (choice nimo is either ddr or ddr2, again depende sa board nimo)
* try playing around with raid-based disk subsystems using ide or sata or sata2 disks (kung kaya nimo, scsi or fc-al)

of course, there is still the final option: overclocking hehehe!
