    Default encouraging people to lie

sa job interviews, naa baya gyud nato ang musulti sa tinuod for the fear that the "would be employer" will eventually find out the truth if they really would like to, diba? tanaw nako, ang personal view sa hr specialist or sa recruitment officer gets in the way to gauge if the person is really qualified and capable of doing the task. here are few examples. tinuod gyud ni. one of my coworkers was from ps, dugay2 pud siya didto but then, sige ug ka late hangtod nga na terminate. i understand ingon ani gyud ang mahitabo. karon, naa na siya sa lain nga call center for almost 2 years. nag bag o na siya sa iyang ways. ni apply siya sa lain ug ni sulti nga gikan ko sa ps but then na term ko didto because of tardiness but i am a renewed person now. gi decline siya ug employment because of that. do u think its best if he lied about it? kung ikaw hr specialist or recruitment officer, would u encourage people to lie so they are considered for the job? diba ingon honesty is the best policy daw? unsa man gyud diay ang tinuod? if this is the case, then everyone should lie if they had a previous citation of anything from the previous employer.

i think...dli to angay isulti niya..as part of his experience...dghan ways nga aron dli matawag og lies....hehehe..kanang dli lang nimu isulti ang tanan hitabo aron safe pd ka...and pakita nimu nga interesado ka mo work sa ila company...basin dghan sila for final interview then wala siya ma apil sa job offer...

some people from recruitment are biased and self righteous. mura'g kahibaw sila unsa ang trabaho sa mga agents na di raba jud. they don't really have any idea what it's like to stay up all night and take calls. kasagaran ana nila mga feeler kau, makalagot.

    ako ra sad na... peace.

i think this has nothing to do with the recruiters. expected man gyud na na mo ask sila ug ingon ana na question. discarte ra gyud na sa applicant. pero kung imo kaila kay dili makaya ug work ug night shift mao na sige na siya ug absent, ayaw nalang na siya patugatugaha ug trabaho ug call center uy. siya man alakansi ana.

My friend winged her way by not disclosing to the interviewees about her previous employment (She went AWOL and didn't formally resign from another call center). She's now working at one of the "big" call centers here.

It would seem that what the interviewees don't know about the employee won't hurt them.

mao gyud. ang ako lang bah, mas tanawon unta sa ga interview ang capacity sa taw rather than asking questions nga puede ra isulti ang "what u would like to hear" rather than the truth. dah, sa makalusot lang. diba?

Ayaw nah isulte ang mga negative gyud during interview....kasagaran sa mag interview gyud, will concentrate on your bavior and capacity, but pinaka major na nila ang imong bahavior... ang imo nalang ani is ayaw isulti or kun masulti man gani nimo ayaw tanan ug ayaw e detail then bawia dayon ug nindot...

Ang bati nimo nga nahimo is i lesson nalang to nimo na dili na himoon sa sunod nga job kay faet kun walay work. If dili ka nahan sa work place and sa nature sa Job, then try apply sa lain nalang..

ganahan ko ani na thread... hehehe... nka experience pd ko og ing-ani, nahadlok ko mamakak, so ni sulti jd ko sa tinuod.. tsk tsk... kato na company ky dili sila mo dawat while naa ka plano mo skwela, ni insist jd ko na MAS IMPORTANTE nko ang ako DIPLOMA, priority nko ang ako pag eskwela; next, ni ana ko na ng apply ko ky plano nko mg postgrad after one year na mka save ko (bati na tubag, ky malamang dli sila gnahan mo invest sa isa ka employee na one year ra diay mo trabaho); and lastly, mg unsa daw ko kng dili ko nila buhaton, ako tubag: then, i'll look for another company that can appreciate me... errr! sa kahadlok nko mamakak, ako g-ingon ang tinuod...

--for me lang ha, I'm basing this opinion from the highlighted statement, mao man jud kaha ni iyang answer, ok ra mani iyang statement pero naay kuwangan, ang kwangan niya kay la siya mo hatag ug evidence nga na renewed na siya or wala na niya gibuhat. He/She should have cited an example like any situation nga in need sa exact time like being on time sa job interview niya atong tyma... In short bah, supporting documents nimo, dili ko psychology grad or unsa ha but I think mao jud to iyang kuwangan. I still believe in honesty is the policy..

hala oi, moabot bato siya ug 2 years sa work ug wala siya nag bag o noh? na churva na unta to siya 6 months pa lang. ang tenure niya sa iyang current nga company is enough proof nga nag bag o siya. asa man ka kumpanyaha maka abot ug 2 years ug sige ka ka late or absent no? one month pa lang, gi term naka!
