“Well, I am happy for Mayor Teddy Ouano. I think the Sandiganbayan’s decision speak for itself. I’m happy that justice has been served to Teddy Ouano. There’s such thing as good karma,” she said.

Gov. Garcia, who serves as chairperson of One Cebu party has fielded Ouano as a Provincial Board member for the sixth district.

The governor has also acknowledged him as one of her first supporters since she had manifested her interest to seek for public office last 2004.

i think Gwen owes the Ouanos bigtime when she just started her political career in Cebu mao na di gyud niya matalikdan bisan klaro na kaayo ang trampas.

even if the Garcias were prominent when Pablo was Guv, I believe they were politically weak and vulnerable specially sa time ni Erap. so they have to take on political favors and they are repaying that debt now.
