up ko ani.. naa sad ko slim budget. para sa akong parents... half brick ang half amacan. mana ang brain storming sa design with my sis. ang foundation nlng grrr.

I'm in the construction business; first you need to come up with an ideal floor plan/design; after w/c the bill of materials with the present material cost plus labor cost. Having the estimated construction cost at hand, you may wish then to execute the work by progressive manner but based on the ideal plan. In other words dop it gradually. This way you will avoid wasting your money and at the same time being able to construct your dream house w/ your limited budget.

where can i buy cheap materials?
can u suggest some stores here in cebu?
u see, im buildng this project alone w/ a little support from my parents.
