computer wont start directly

my computer doesn't start directly during the first time pushing the power button but after i turned it off by using long press for several times the computer starts normally.. what could be the issues for my computer...need ideas here...tnk you fellow istoryans..

bro, basin busted na uban capacitor sa imo board... try checking nya kono... Or probably, dili na stable imo PSU...

i have the same problem. ang naka fix ra jud ani kay gi tang2x nako ang mga naka connect sa USB except sa KB and MOUSE. try it i replaced everything and still has the same problem...mao ra jud ang naka resolved.
