So what the hell is it?
It's a hyper-connected social networking phone aimed at Kin-dergartens teens which allows them to pull all of their friends and feeds from Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace. It's basically an upgrade to the old Sidekick.

It is NOT a smartphone. So forget about installing apps on it.


How many devices will be available?
Microsoft has announced two, namely Kin One and Kin Two. There will be 3rd device later on (aka Next of Kin).
