im planning to have two isp's and one dns host i want this two isp's to configure it to point it into my domain name. can dns capable of load balancing or failover? i wonder if it is possible.

Requirements for DNS failover or load balancing (Round Robin) would be 2 physical DNS servers.

not sure but if ever for internal network. pwede naa ka main server then load balancer. tanan comps will connect to the main server then mao to ang naa loadbalancing.
