The Ferrari One 200 has 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard disk - both significantly larger than expected. It also runs Windows 7 Ultimate, which in our opinion is overkill on a netbook (and likely adds to the price). In terms of connectivity it has bluetooth, WiFi, gigabit ethernet, a 5 in one card reader and 3 USB ports. The stereo speakers on the front of the netbook use Dolby virtual surround sound to beef up audio (especially the engine roars that replace the default system sounds

Im seeing this laptop go for 39,xxx base config of 3G ram and 320G hdd.

A comparably specd MSI U230 will cost you 25k.

That means your paying around 8-10k extra for the ferrari branding and an additional 5-7k for the aesthetics. (carbon fibre, rubber "tyre" feet, build quality etc)

I have a friend who has one.... for me it's a bit overpriced for an AMD Dual Core proc with HD3200 graphics.... I hope naay updated version mu gawas with the newer processor and HD4200 graphics... Also, I hope Ferrari will change the lid from scarlet red to carbon fibre like they did from to Acer Ferrari 3k series to the 4005 series.


If I recall.. this also doesnt have HDMI because AMD opted for that XGP technology which is pretty useless for now since they don't have any recent products utilizing the XGP.

The price difference between u230 and the acer ferrari is actually 16k. Thats a lot IMO for the same specs and just a ferrari branding. Plus the U230 has a HDMI output.

Its just too much for me thats why I bought the U230.

Kita ko sa octagon .. i think ang store manager ni gamit ani.. or issue sa iya sa company. anyway nindot ang unit .. kusog for laptop. Testing nya ang HDMI output to LED monitor na Samsung. SOS pirting nindota sa result. nagsalida cya Band of Brothers na HD.
