Okay ra kaayo, sis. That's what I did. Online application and payment lang. The document will be sent to the requester and not necessarily to the person who owns the CENOMAR.

unsay i-issue sa NSO if married ang person na tag iya sa cenomar?
I just ordered for a cenomar online in behalf of my bf na I just met online. We are in a relationship for just nearly 6months now and Filipino siya. He helped me a lot na not just financially and we have developed a good relationship na I should say coz maayo mn kaayo siya naku then I've also learned to love him na. I just doubt kung single ba jud xah ky somebody called me up over the phone claiming na wife daw siya. My world turned upside down jud na murag ko ug mabuang dle naku mokaon coz I became dependent na to him emotionally. Karun lng ko nagka lakas loob to find out if he's really single coz we are planning to get married when he gets back in the Phils this coming June 2010. My question is unsa ang iisue sa NSO if married man gani siya. Naa ba koi madawat? I hope you can help me..I will appreciate it very much..salamat kaayo...
