very untrue. prices are subjected to market forces. for now, the price of steel is going up but rest assured, it will suddenly fall, just like in the past. Nindut ang hardware pero nakapili ka cge sa tindahan unless mu invest kag surveillance ug accounting systems as well inventory. otherwise, its a golden handcuff, pero mas better kesa mag empleyado.

ah ic, i thnk steel r not subject to market forces compared to foods, its like oil gasoline, electricity. things that r subject to market forces r rice, canned goods, goods u can find in supermarket because dti keep on eye on it. nways people can live without hardware dats wy dti does not control it compared to foods. i use to buy bronze material, bak then i think its around 24 pesos, last visit nko is 51 pesos na, for a span of 1 yr lng. surveillance? ah dli pud, dako ra kaau if we'l hire a surveillance, kanang gamay lng gud, tnx for un input

I have to agree with this. Metal prices aren't controlled.

don't just sell steels... might as well include the most basic, but demanded, hardware stuffs, like cements and etc... we have a hardware too, and it's quite doing well..
