Thread: help!!!

    Default help!!!


    i have been working out in the gym for almost three months now. i was wondering why wala ni.dako akong muscles if i have been lifting loads for how many days! i diet regularly and drank fat burners so fat won't hide muscles.the only results i can see is that i am losing some inches on my waist and some pounds. I was also wondering if it is a must to drink some supplements in order to gain muscle or can natural means get the same results.

    Please do help me! i am already confused of what i am doing right now! i think i am wasting my time doing all the workout and the money. it sometimes stresses me out whenever i look at myself and check in front of a mirror

    basin sayup imong program. better check with your trainer kay basin pa lose weight na imo and dili para mu gain...

    murag sayop imu program ana bro to gain muscles ang nakabalo ana imung trainer... naa sya hatag ana nga supplement para mu gawas ang bato ug leke sa imung lawas....

    pag kaon bro kanang full of protein nya less carbohydrates.. eat eggwhite kay grabeh nag protein ayaw lang apil ang yellow kay cholesterol man nah.... naa man sad baligya bro kanang gatas padako sa muscles bah.. naa baligya sa sm ay dapit oh grill..stall rana cya..tag 50/pack

    cge ko kaun ug saltine crackers ug calamansi puree! magpa.luto man sad ko ug duha ka boiled egg (pero egg white ra ako kan.un) dayun steamed chicken breast!

    inom beer padako jud nah.. =).. naa sad bitaw uban if undangan ang gym kay manambok noon.. naa sad vitamins bro sa atbang sm kanang chinese herb.. ang name kay WISDOM man guto to.. basta ig take nimo kay lami kaayo ikaon then tulog.
