i have been working out in the gym for almost three months now. i was wondering why wala ni.dako akong muscles if i have been lifting loads for how many days! i diet regularly and drank fat burners so fat won't hide muscles.the only results i can see is that i am losing some inches on my waist and some pounds. I was also wondering if it is a must to drink some supplements in order to gain muscle or can natural means get the same results.
Please do help me! i am already confused of what i am doing right now! i think i am wasting my time doing all the workout and the money. it sometimes stresses me out whenever i look at myself and check in front of a mirror
