    kinsa toy ni subscribe og smart share it, ask lang ko if magpadala pa ba na cla ug bill para mao to atong i reference inig bayad nato sa internet? kay if in case mobayad ko puede ba ko mobayad sa smart office directly? gusto man ta ko mobayad then ingon nila mahimo ra ta byad bisan sa bank pero wala man gud koy account number kay wala man sila nihatag ug bill. then karon wala nako connection sa net..

    definetly sendan jud kag bill.. .if wala adto ka sa SM sa smart wireless center imo ra e.give imo personal details dn e.query ra na nila sa ila system.. .

    ang imo account naa rman na sa imo recibo kato pgkuha na nimo sa modem.. naa rana didto ang account.. pwede rpd ka magbayad ana sa LBC..

    hello maybe i can help you coz I'm currently working for smart as a account officer. mu ask lng ko if unsa ni na smart is it gsm(mobile) or smart bro(internet)? yup dghn jud mi customer ni reklamo na dili kaabot ang SOA(Statement Of Account) sa ilaha. So usually amo buhaton mu ask nlng mi sa ilang email address og sa ilang SR(Service Reference #) or ilang Account Number then amo sila sendan og softcopy sa ilang SOA through email. but if you have the time then pwede rasad ka mu visit sa any nearest wireless center... hope that helps

    hi ma'am, wala man gyod mi bill naabot, then pressumed na delay lang ni .wala sad gyod mi kalugar adto sa sm..then ang receipt nga suppose naa account number nawala na so wala mi copy sa among number..adto ra unta ko pay sa pnb but wala man gud ko account number..pila diay ka bulan bayranan before maputlan ma'am..ty
