H55 is a budget version of the P55 chipset. **** @_@ ~5k php
its like a G31 equivalent for the LGA 775 series.

it can accept DDR3 rams @ 1333 rated speed Dual Channel Only ... and High end DDR3s are priced more than the mobo you are referring

If your using 32bit OS...then go for 2GB Memory RAM only...4GB is useless on 32Bit...

go for 4GB or up if your using 64bit OS...
