1. managed to send out rescue mission during the recent floods by sending out 2 rubber boats to urban flooded areas

2. managed to be head of defense all the while managing to supply heavy military artillary and weapons to the ampatuans........and or failed to retrieve them due to political reasons....

3. managed to have a wife who earlier supported the Reproductive Health Bill....but later on retracted.......caught in a compromising position with church.......all the while claiming gibo will bow to no one

4, managed 3 percent.....
