If there is any great singer I miss watching or listening to, it's the late Robert Palmer.

Even by today's standards, Simply Irresistible still sounds very modern and entertaining to me.

I believe Palmer had a concert or two in Manila around twenty years ago. I heard he had very nice reception among Pinoys.

Robert Palmer's song Addicted to Love helped him early in his career. Footage of that song's music video even appeared in the film Watchmen where Ozymandias was watching multiple TV screens.
