Luigi Quisumbing is AGAIN running as a Congressman. Would you let him allow to be the Congressman of Cebu's sixth district knowing he is being part of ignoring the farmers in Sumilao? Isnt that a big and serious issue? I dont think a lot of people realized how important the farmers are until they feel scarced of what they essentially need for their body to fill. Ive read some news about it that Quisumbing (the father of Luigi) is opposing the DAR initiative(which was awarded the 144 hectare to the Sumilao farmers under ther Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program). And Luigi Quisumbing who is the son of Norberto Quisumbing, will he let himself allow to be dictated to whatever his father's decision? If Luigi is against of what his father did about the Sumilao farmers, then, what did he do? See? There is nothing he can do. He agrees and that means he is one who ignore and never cared of the Sumilao farmers. And to give us more information, in 2002, Quisumbing sold the land to San Miguel foods Inc. who is planning to construct a PIGGERY?


If Luigi can stand on His own, he must have a way to let this all not be happening. This needs much attention. Without the farmers, its more than SCARCITY we will ever get. If we think this is not really a big issue, then we will see what will happen to our future if farmers are ignored.
