BLACK PROPAGANDA

Black Propaganda is so popular in our country. And that tactic was played on by the opposition to our beloved and good person, Mr. Dong Cortes. Presently, the opposition is digging out a certain gun issue that dated back in 1990's. Dong Cortes was not convicted of that and any legal issues for that matter. COMELEC even proved his innocense by letting him run in 2001. For sure, Mandauehanons are smart to weigh on the facts versus a "BLACK PROPAGANDA"! I suggest that the opposition would focus on their platforms concerning the major issues that plagued our place and these are: prohibited drugs, health care, education and provision of jobs for the people of Mandaue.

Black propaganda has been used as an escape of other candidates when they can't face the real issues concerning them. It is used to mislead people but we know better. We know what is the truth.
