..baludong cortes is one of the candidates of running as a congressman in 6th district...(team mandaue)
he was the one who coordinated to the government years pass by about to the big shabu laboratory in mandaue. because of him the shabu lab. was being found.it was a big help..bec. the name of mandaue was considered as dirt. and bec. of that actions the mandaue now is back to normal and the officials for today can already breathee....

baludong cortes was being judged and question of running congressman though he leaves in state??...but guys it was all wrongs..it was during late 90s that baludong cortes was living in state and besides he's not actually permanently living there. he have just a business and infact once you are a businessman youre expected to go anywhere outside to our country..!!!! right...coz thats what a businessman do!!!!!!!

so why questioning about it??...

baludong cortes lives in mandaue since he was labored...and infact he was a brother of mayor jonas cortes..and it was already a history of political careerr..coz infact mayor jonas cortes father and lolo was a former mayor in mandaue..so its with their blood to help and serve people without any things to pay or to ask for...cortes family has a pure heart and always open to help..

....so dapat are najud ta sa kasaligan ug dugay nang gikasaligan sa katawhan\//\..are ta dapat sa naae may malumong kasingkasing nga motabang jud ug moserbisyo....

how did Mr. Luigi Quisumbing applied his earned education? it is a matter of application my dear friend. Politics is not solely about educational attainment. it must go with a heart characterized with passion in serving his/her people. Does Mr. Quisumbing has the heart to be of service to people? How did his educational attainment/background/degree helped the farmers in Sumilao? If he was a true public servant he could have done something for those farmers. The marched from Mindanao to Manila could have been stopped. It may not be his decisions since it was his grandfather to own that land but just the mere fact that he had done nothing when he could.

Hmm I see that u are claiming that "providing good governance is directly proportional to the degree or school a certain politician came from"? So I dare to ask u..What do u think of Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Pres Ferdinand Marcos have in common?? Well, they got high degrees in college in well known universities and for sure they are considered intelligent. And with that so called intelligence they have, did they brought more goodness in our nation or more dirty acts of corruption You see, a degree does not matter. What really counts is how sincere and honest a certain politician is in serving his constituents. And that--- honesty, sincerity, and love for fellow people is what Dong Cortes surely have! And what we all should vote for...(And certainly Mr. Baludong Cortes is an intelligent man. It does not follow that if u go to IS, u are alreay intelligent!)
