Ferrous Sulfate or mga multiviatmins with Iron.
If mu take ka ug ironn supplements drink it with Orange juice or the likes... mas paspas ang absorption gud if with Vitamin C.
Kaon sad ug foods rich in Iron like mga organ meats ug green leafy vegetables.
rest sad... ka-tug ug sayo... hehe
