Sigma Lens Problem

Good day! My Sigma 18-200mm lens won't zoom anymore when i turn the lens. it will only zoom if i pull the tip of the lens. When I got home and shook the lens,there is a screw that was loose. I think this is the reason why it won't zoom when i turn the lens. Can anyone suggest a shop that could open my lens here in Cebu?? I really need it badly this week. Thanks!

I suggest you send the broken lens to the shop where you bought it.

yes I agree to sizzling robot, if naa pa warranty then return it to the shop where you bought it. If wala na, have it or send it sa JT photo sa manila to have it fixed. Sila ang official distributor sa sigma products diri pinas... They have the right tools to fix & calibrate you're lens...

kay naa ko gitabangan ug palit ug 70mm na sigma. bought it from jt manila
pero got the lens pixel pro dinhi sa cebu.. then sa ilaha rasad nako gipa ayo..

for third party lens service, you can go to cameracare, sa belvic building sa una, kanang naa'y Banco Filipino diha, duol sa robinsons ramos side OR sa allens camera repair, atbang sa Colonnade Mall, colon.

I think it woul be better if ederetso na lang nimu sa JT bro para mas ma dali. Call them lang daan before nimu ipa dala. Puede na nimu ipadala sa air21 or ap cargo.
