    Default Evolution of Sansient beings

Humans only appeared 5 million years ago according to evolution theory timeline but the dinosaurs lived a hundred million plus years. Did the dinosaurs reached some level of intelligence or they just remain dumb?

To be more specific about intelligence. It means intelligence at par with humans right now.

it is possible that during the dinosaur era, there could be some species that could have developed some form of intelligence and technology. a hundred million years ++ is such a long time. and there are some claims by some archeologists about artificially-made artifacts that were found...and when dated, are supposed to have come from this era. but of course, these claims are immediately downplayed and shunned by the mainstream.

this link could shed some light to your question. these are claims which came from our ancient ancestors from various cultures around the world...but of course, again, these are not accepted by mainstream science... Reptilian humanoid - Open Encyclopedia

"Dumb" is a relative term. The dinosaurs may not have attained enough intelligence to say, build a watch, or design an algorithm, but their level of intelligence was indeed enough to let their species sustain itself for a considerable period of time.

Since we are human beings, we naturally tend to measure things by human standards, thus we tend to define "dumbness" from a human standpoint. So if a creature cannot develop the steam engine, or develop quantum mechanics, we call it dumb, when in fact, perhaps from a different perspective altogether, "dumbness" or "brightness" may just be criteria if a creature were to survive or perish i.e. if it had difficulty in surviving/reproducing, it was a dumb creature, and if it was doing quite well in survival, then we consider it to be more intelligent than the other creature.

To be specific, i meant intelligence on the level that they can launch spaceships and migrate to Pandora just before that big asteriod hits earth or create anti-asteriod missiles to prevent their demise from the death asteriod.

What made human so special to evolve to have this level of intelligence, while the dinosaurs can't? I only have questions right now.

This is amazing, considering that those ancient cultures doesn't know about science, yet they have tales about intelligent reptiles. Its understandable that mainstream science can't accept it. What we know scientifically right now is that:

It took only 5 million years for humans to attain intelligence to this level, but the dinosaurs?

Some say, inorder for the dinosaurs to develop their brain is that they need to become warm blooded(they said to be cold-blooded) because warm blooded animals has high metabolism which is needed for brain size development, yet we all know now that dinosaurs have high metabolism thus they don't need to wait before nature decides for them to become warm blooded first, they only need to ask mother nature to grant them bigger brains.

Octopus is considered to be as a highly-intelligent animals, their brains has more mass than human's. But their physiology limits them to invent and do things like we do.

Some scientists even hypothesized that if Octopus would have the same bodily structure as human, they will be considered as super beings coz of the large brain mass.

true. imo, the survival of a species is a mark of high intelligence (emotional quotient) in their dealings with other species and the environment. i've always thought na mga wais jud ang cockroach

This is a wasted and too broad a subject. If you want an answer or any worthwhile discussion, you must ask the right questions.

    high intelligence (emotional quotient)
I don't know why emotional quotient is in parenthesis since it is unrelated to high intelligence.

this is one reason why the E theory should be reviewed.
