Is it the LCD monitor have a problem?

Naa koy napalit nga LCD monitor sa akoa kauban...nagamit ni niya for 1 month kapin...niya iya ibaligya nako kay mo buy xa bag-o...nya pag uli nako sa hauz akoa daun siya gtaud sa CPU...but the problem is...naay part sa screen nga mausab iya color...nya usahay ang tibuok screen kay mo karat..murag sa TV bah...pero dli mo move ang karat...unsa kaha ni noh?niya usahay nig ON nako naay naka indicate nga naa daw problem either sa hardware or software. if first daw to nako na view kay e restart nya select safe mode. or if dili daw?ipa check daw...kibaw mo unsa guba ani?dugay nman gud wa na gamit amoa PC since november...niya kron pa nako napalitan og monitor...Na trace ra nnyu ang problem?cge lang mag post ko og pics para mka trace mo...hope you can help me...

posible pud bro sa video card. try daw lain pc imung lcd. natarong man kaha sak2x tanan cables? double check lng basig naay damage.

Thanks for the quick reply bro...bsta gbie bro...akoa ga ablihan akoa cpu....dghan kaau abog...akoa na gdoot tanan nga mga wirings nga hulbot...esp the RAM og video card...dgay nman gud ni wa mgamit..pero imposible sad if video card kay bag-o pman akoa video card...last yr lang ghpon...i think feb last yr..

try lng imung lcd sa lain cpu bro see if same problem ba. if mao gihapon monitor ang problema.

mao sad na akoa gi hunahuna gbie...but wa man ko cpu lain gud...ok rba laptop akoa gamiton?
