Get ACER, in my opinion and experience I repaired more than 10 HP Desktop PC's excluding Laptops. So for me its not good to get HP than ACER. I think ACER is cheaper than HP but quality and durability is what I can recommend to you so get ACER.

for me, If you aim for quality I highly recommend HP than acer. we're using HP desktops mostly SFF particularly dc7900 for more than a year already and encountered no issue so far.

get Acer, so far in my experience, HP has too many issues, not to mention their DV laptops....

get which ever gives you a better after sales support. and that means service center availability and accessibility in cebu.
