I have been a loyal customer of Caminade since last year...since I acquire my dog 10 months ago...
have been buying all dog supplies, foods, toys, etc from

5 days ago, I decided to buy a new collar and leash for my dog...I told the store in charge that "i
s it possible if I can still return the collar that I bought if the collar is too big", coz I am not sure of its size.
She said its OKAY.
Then I paid her, then left. Then I realize I needed a receipt just in case if ever I would return the collar...I went back inside and asked for the receipt. They said that its okay, coz they dont usually isssue receipts. When I got home, I realized that the cashier was short in giving me the change.
I thought it was okay since its not worth going back there for the 50 pesos which they owed me.
and i remebered that there was no receipt..so no proof.
Two days after, I decided to have the collar changed since it was indeed bigger for my dog.
When i went back, they told me that they have to inform their manager first.
So, I left the collar, and I told them I'll just come back when i have the chance.
yesterday, when I went back, they told me that THE OWNER did not approved of my request.
I told them that you already inspected the item and you were convinced that I was not used at all.
But the store-in-charge insisted on their NO EXCHANGE POLICY. She suggested for me to buy another one. WTF!!! i was furious because first of all they said that it was OKAY to have the collar changed if it was found to be bigger for my dog.
the threads that i have read here in istorya about CAMINADE is indeed true.
