I think sa Vista or Win7 naka enable na ang cool n quite if you are in XP you need to set it to power management as "Minimal power management".

Dont worry doh heheheh...they're all right it automatically adjust the speed and voltage of your CPU when there is cool n quiet meaning it saves energy.

^ uh? sa BIOS mana controlled ang Cool and Quiet nga feature...the OS has got nothing to do with it just like EIST. this is an internal (CPU) power management feature similar to the C-states.

Yup naa sa bios na polds pero in default sa mga latest mobo karon naka enable ang C&Q sa bios then mostly installed pud ang software ana para mag work apil sa cd sa mobo. If mag xp ka manually imo na i configure or set manually sa power management on control panel.
