yup p4 is gone I suggest core i3 , i5 if you have the budget...

get a new mobo and proc. u can save the memory and video card if its compatible with the board. but if u have money to burn, upgrade everything.

thanks but nag problema man ko gud if ang bago motherboard dili siya compatible sa akong old vid card kung if ma upgrade. hinay2x sah ko mo upgrade rather than jump the gun on the investestment na di ko ganahan... unsai maayo ma mo-bo sa market and also affordable processors? kanang maka abot og 3.0 mhz or more but still affordable...

Mo budget ka ani ug 13~15k. Kay kanang OLD P4 nimo mag aginod na dyud na labi na gi win7 nimo, tapos FX5500 pa.. adto lang nya na e post sa buy and sell section para naa kay e puno sa imong Rig.

theres still an agp card sold localy here that can support shader3 its faster than fx5500
in terms of memory mahal na sila bai padong naka rare ang type sa imo ram ddr
if you still prefer using the upgrades above you might have some loading times

almost all of your parts alisdan nimo if you have some cash
get dual cores if low sa budget if not go for quads
