im new here but i always surf this site..
can anyone help me with this laptop..it does not boot ( pre-authentication, insert smart card)
the bios cannot be accessed..same problem, insert smart card...
wat does this mean...

unsa model (hp?)? Try to reset mobo, if same issue then mobo needs replacement. Input imo SN and PN.

nangau man ni authentication ang system via smart card... dugay na ni nagamit ang laptop then karon pa lang nigawas aning prob?
or refurb ni cya?
