What can you say about gigabyte superb series?
as we all know that they are from the line of entry lvl PSU's from gigabyte.

is it that reliable..?

is it true rated?since it has only 450w combined wattage and 550w(superb 550p, same goes to other model) on peak wattage...
and i also heard that Acbel has a part on building this PSU...and for "ME" Acbel does have a good reputation in making PSU's...well in short does this Gigabyte superb series can match up with the other (brand)entry lvl PSU's on the market?

Correction..Corsair did not make their PSU's..its CWT & Seasonic who made their PSU's, and not all of them are good either, the one made by Seasonic are considered one of the best...

Back to topic:

i still prefer the Odin series of the Gigabyte than the Super series because it has higher efficiency rating compare to the Super series..

^lol... ok I didnt know that. my PSU sez Corsair and doesnt say CWT or Seasonic, its the thought that counts I guess. you know what I mean... my 1000W Corsair psu has never failed me. just adding sum input

yes of course gigabyte psu's are true rated. theyre actually good and reliable. di man kuyaw mag xfire/sli unless generic imung psu. bsta branded lang then 500 watts or higher you should be fine.

The Superb 720 is the only model from the Superb series that has an active PFC & 80plus certification, the lower models has passive PFC, but as long as your VC is not power hungry, then its okay...
