mga computer experts diri pls help me...

i recently bought a video card, its a Palit Daytona Nvidia 8400GS 512mb 64bit..

yes its not much pero ang ako prob is ang mga games, bisag kanang low requirements ra sa video.. mucrash ang graphics, then if ako i alt + tab / minimize then ako ibalik sa game mawala rapud... ang ako lng is dili ni siya normal diba.. then mucrash pud ang pc nya ang nkacause daw ky ang device..

unsaon ni? ang video card gyud ang defective ani? or unsa ba?

naa pai warranty ang item? if naa adtoa sa imo gi palitan with recibo, reklamo sa item nga defective

if wala nai warranty or recibo, you need to buy a new video card
