    Question Slow internet connection


    I have globe as my ISP. I just upgraded my service to 2mbps but the speed didn't change at all. It's still like having 386kbps. I tried calling them several times and they can't seem to get it figured out.

    Tech support nila og field tech murag walay alam. faet...

    I have a TP-link wireless router setup and my siemens SE260 modem is bridged...I don't know if mu matter siya but do you think it has something to do with it? Kay gi reset na daw nila ang port and murag wala na kabalo ang field tech what to do next. I'm just trying to figure out what other causes are there or if there's anything I can do on my end...

    This is getting really frustrating...

    it is virus free, I have avast og malwarebytes. I haven't downloaded any torrent files for a while now, pagkawala sa ********, niundang sad ko. gikapoy naku pangita og lain.haha

    makasapot jud bitaw sila oi...walay klaro ang mga tech support. dili pa jud kabalo mu storya og tarong. grrrr...

    tabla rag wala ko nag upgrade...

    ai...mini-nova...dili lagi siya ma post kung derecho..hahaha

    sure man ko dili akong pc kay ang uban comp mao man gihapon ang speed. kapila na jud ko cgeg tawag oi. maikog sad ko mangisog ba kay tech support sad gud ko and I know faet kung kasab-an ka then dili imong sala.haha.

    murag ni improve na siya gamay. niingon ang field tech wala daw nila na update akong account og tarong. nalipong na!...

    b*ang gyud.i kiol them ngayu ko adjustment sa akong 3months na bill ( 90days ) 29day + 11 + 9days walay connection.. gipadal-an ko ug summon. idemanda kuno ko if dili mubayad..

    WTF! are they out of their mind? naay taga globe ngari?

    yup globe bati jud kau ug service it will tke them a week or more just to fix sa problem.

    nahitabo sad na nko bro..4 months walay connection dn g singil ko sa ilang legal person..gna pugos pa jud ang pabayad ang 4 months na bill
