You must be able to write in perfect English grammar.
Able to produce high quality, intelligent articles that are 100% original (Not copied or rewritten from some other article. I have a tool that will tell me if your article is a rip-off)
You have very good online research skills and can write intelligently if not expertly on virtually any topic under the sun basing from your research.
Can commit to deadlines.
Agrees to give full ownership of the articles/blogs to the client.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword density a huge PLUS.
Preferably has Paypal account

Forum and blog posting:
You must be able to write in perfect English grammar.
Able to post intelligent comments with at least 3 sentences in them.
Creative enough to start forum threads that are interesting.
Can commit to deadlines.
