Noynoy, sorry Noynoy fans, your candi has zero honors. Out of 6 bills filed, hmm 6 bills ra?, none made into law. He served the country for 12 years and he came with only 6 bills? that says something a lot about his incapacity to create good laws for the country.


on the other hand, G1B0 graduated 3rd honor in his class U.P-law. No. 1 in the Bar exams. Masters of Law- Harvard and passed the New York Bar exam.
