Is the 1987 Constitution enough?

Are you in favor of changing the constitution after the 2010 elections? do you think that we chould revise some of the sections/articles in it?

I think the problem is on the implementation itself. There is no change foreseen when the constitution is not credited as what it should be "as the most basic and fundamental law of the land". Most often it is disregarded and sometimes even abused by those who are in power.
