mmm Medal of Valor ?i never know this before this is suppose like the congressional medal of honor of other contries er the highest medal and honor you can have.,funny thing is the Medal of Valor awardees, by law and military tradition are accorded the highest respect in the land that even the President and other elected officials of the land are required to salute them first and there are only
the 13 living recipients of the medal of valor, the president directly gives the awared.

i just post it cause it i just learned in philstar that goverment civilian and military officials must first have to give a salute to a recipient of the medal from president down to tanods from 4 star to pvt when ever they meet and the medal is worn by the recipient i bet u never knew that too..well heck the philippines is not a land of heroes no body gives a damn unlike in other countries
