before kay mka receive ka around 8k/month. You'd also get a P500/month incentive for complete attendance. And youll get an allowance while on training..i think 2k for the entire trainin period (2 weeks). M not sure lng hinuon if same gyapun run.

I don't know anything about the compensation and benefits, but I know a lot of disgruntled teachers who used to be connected with CPILS. Few months lang sila.

you would be payed per hour.. if you dont have class, they wont pay you at CPILS..

noh?? geezz.. sugod bya ko ugma training.. grrr.. wa na jud decent pay karn for a day job which is very bad!!

60 per hour sis for non-regulars 70 for regulars and then 1200 perfect attendance incentive.500 quarterly incentive.if you don't have classes or load you will have no pay..your 70 per hour is based on the number of classes rendered.
