This 5m drop is just upstream of the Mambuaya put-in. Perfect for practicing paddling strokes and direction in a sloping rapids.

1st Descent Tumalaong River (2010-01-24)

Kayak Domain and CDO Kayak Club 1st descent at Tumalaong River, Baungon, Bukidnon Province. It's a 6km run from lingating bridge (baungon bukidnon) to cabula bridge (lumbia, Cagayan de oro) last Jan. 24, 2010. Paddlers are: Noel, Ebax, Jopen, Kimboy, Lolong and ONeal.

Tumalaong River is a class II-IV river creeking. Experienced paddlers only. High degree of difficulty.

Bubunawan River 1st descent of its last 3.5km by Kayak Domain 2010-Jan-31

Whitewater kayaking and creeking at Bubunawan River, Pualas, Baungon, Bukidnon. This is Kayak Domain, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines 1st descent of the last 3.5km of Bubunawan River on 2010-Jan-31. The rapids are class II-III. No need for a long scout for each rapids. You can scout while paddling. We also covered the 3.5km run from the Bubunawan-Cagayan Rivers fork to Taguanao Bridge on this day. The paddlers are; Oneal, Ebax, Jopen, Harry, and Noel.

via Bukidnon (kung Car, Bus, Jeep) kay tsada na man ang dalan ug mas doul kay sa via Butuan.
