It's now exactly 2 hours before launch, as of this posting.

30 minutes to go. Launch weather is green, but it's still 70-30 chance of a scrub due to low cloud ceiling.

i wonder what the crew does to fight boredom while waiting for liftoff....hehehe

6 mins into the flight and just passed PRESS TO ATO.

Orbit achieved. Now 1 1/2 days to wait until it rendezvous with the ISS.

a space shuttle is far different with a cessna 152 sir rodz...heheh...if im not mistaken, the 152's checklist would be close to nothing compared with what the shuttle crews skim bit by bit before liftoff...i dont have that much of an idea if there's a dead time where the crew would just wait for the shuttle to lift off or if they would still have their hands busy on checklists until the very moment the shuttle's boosters ignite...i havent ventured much in space flying...
