A politician is considered a trapo if many of the following are true:
a. Uses sympathy (often exaggerated) to win.
b. Indebted to the people to the point it affects his/her job.
c. Utang Ng Loob™
d. Briberies and under-the-table
e. Dynasties that don't contribute positively.
f. Provides exceptions to the law for friends, relatives and VIPs.
g. Overprices bids so that they get kick-backs.
h. Keeps undeclared money for himself.
i. Is unexplainably rich.
j. Participates in charities just for exposure. (You can tell who's doing it from the heart and those that do it from the ego)
m. Brags about power.
n. Kakilalas, kapits, and shortcuts.
o. When it comes to personal effects, the audit alarm sounds.
