HR Staff

- Graduate of B.S Psychology, Management or any Behavioral related courses
- Female, aged 25 - 35 years old
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR: Recruitment & Manpower Planning, Employee Development & Training, Compensation & Benefits Administration, and Employee & Labor Relations
- At least one ( 1 ) year supervisory experience in the HR Department or related field
- Proficient with computer applications: MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must be good in English language, both oral & written communications
- Must have a strong leadership quality and able to motivate people
- Flexible, able to withstand work related pressures, able to build rapport easily with colleagues & customers
- Willing to travel, relocate, and accept assignment in Luzon
- Salary is negotiable
