Hello Istoryans!!!

Naa lang koy pangutana about aning Pag-Ibig. I've been paying contributions for more than 2 years na. And now, we would like to avail their Financing Program. Naa na mi prospective house and lot nga gusto paliton. W/c will cost around Php 600K. What I would like to know is, unsaon mani nato pag-avail? Will Pag-Ibig give the seller the payment in cash and will it be a full payment? Ganahan man gud ang seller nga cash payment and that it should be paid in full.

You can attend a seminar @ PAG-IBIG Funds sa ayala..ila sched is Monday and Friday 8:30 - 11:00.

All your questions will be entertained there. I assure you maka avail jud ka coz 2 yrs member naman ka.

Lain2x man gud ug paagi kung mo buy ka house&lot thru developer ug thru seller jud or private owned.

Be sure nga ang property imong paliton is titled,dunay building plan nga approved sa OBO.F wala,maglisod kag loan.
